Install
Install winget or get it from the windows store.
Make sure %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\ is in the Path Environment Variables.
Use
Open a new command prompt (with admin privledges for installs) to install e.g. powertoys:
winget install powertoys
